As a note - since our costs are heavily invested in rental fees (which are not refundable). -> We cannot guarantee a refund for cancellations, but feel free to reach out via Facebook Messenger in some cases we have been able to reimburse the funds, reschedule to another event, or use them to sponsor another participant.
